Its very dissapointing.

We did not expect that this place is a Motel. The room that was given to us is not matching with the photos as described to the description in booking. Rooms is small not as described, I booked for 3 pax/ separate beds and they give us 1 twin and single bed, when I asked for extra blanket but they asked for extra fee.

Awkward at first

The hotel is type cast as “short time place” or motel. When we enter the hotel premises it seems that employees at the driveway is waiting for you to signal whether where you want to stay, in motel or hotel? So when we said that we have hotel reservation they eventually lead us at the ride side. You would actually see at your left, door gates for rooms for short time which was all the taxi driver we’ve ride were referring to. I suggest that they should have entrance specific for the hotel and for short times. Not recommended if you have kids with you... Motel is actual in front of Hotel... sharing one kind of long way entrance... awkward.. Lots of small cockroaches everywhere... 5 in our room and 3 in their restaurant...

Staff were nice and did everything they could it just needs a massive update or even just some maintenance work

Air con made a terrific noise but didn't cool the room they moved me twice but in the end I moved hotels as I can't sleep in a hot noisy room

Wouldn't stay here again if it was free!

Breakfast was ok if you don't consider the roach on the wall and the roaches on the table. Restaurant staff seemed very nice.

Smallest bathroom/shower I've seen which also had bare 220 volt wire hanging out of wall that had wires spliced into it with tape to power bathroom fan... Extremely hazardous... Deadly if touched while taking shower. Shady location with strange, hidden entry. Room has 2 entry doors with locks to pass through just to enter room... Extra security for a hotel room? Unbelievably, there are zero, none, nada single outlet in the room to plug anything into if you have the small fridge plugged in! Don't plan on charging anything in this hotel room! Serious roach problem in the restaurant. On wall and on table crawling around under plates!

Comfortable room enough for a quick stay.

Comfortable room enough for a quick stay. Hotel staff are nice and accommodating with our request (extension cord for us to be able to charge our gadget).

Only serves breakfast until 9:30 am. Usually, hotel breakfast are up until 10 in the morning.

All staff are very friendly and very helpful! They even help you carry ur luggages. You can really feel that you are a guest in their hotel and they value you. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you. ️

the rate was as expected, though we did not realize that it...

the rate was as expected, though we did not realize that it was a double standard hotel. It still felt safe and the staffs were great.

It would have been better if it was separated from the other "hotel" but it was fine. It still met our expectations and we only stayed their for 1 night.

Das Frühstück, für den Preis gute Auswahl und auch lecker Große Auswahl an TV-Sendern

Kein Fenster im Zimmer, sehr dunkel Farbflecken an der Wand, wie nicht fertig gestrichen, unangenehmer Geruch, dünne Decke und Fließdecke, Fließdecke hatte Löcher Tür ließ sich zwar abschließen konnte man aber durch bloßes drücken trotzdem aufmachen

Fühlten uns wie in einem dreckigen Krankenhaus. Der Raucherbereich war mitten im Flur, das Badezimmer war viel zu klein. Kein Ort um länger wie eine Nacht zu bleiben.

„Die Matratze des Betts war mit einem Kunstlederbezug quasi...

Die Matratze des Betts war mit einem Kunstlederbezug quasi versiegelt. Keine schlechte Idee zwecks Milben. Frühstück war ok.

Zustand der Zimmer katastrophal. Wände und Decken nicht sauber gestrichen, als wäre unterwegs die Farbe ausgegangen. Wände mit nicht ausgebesserten Beschädigungen. Im Bad sammelte sich das Wasser an der Badtüre, welche dadurch im unteren Bereich komplett zusammengefault war und auseinanderquoll und -bröselte. Teilweise garkeine und schimmlige Silikonfugen. Chromarmaturen komplett korrodiert. Nachts das Licht angemacht und 5 Kakerlaken sind durch das Zimmer gerannt. Klimaanlage so laut, dass schlafen so gut wie unmöglich war. Für das Geld gibt es auf jeden Fall bessere Hotels in Cebu!

May balcony sya.pro not a proper place to have a kids kasi my nagyoyosi.

Walang magandang training ang mga staff kung paano e handle ang problema ng mga customer nila.they don't care their customer in short.3days binook ko but nag check out aq kinabukasan dahil sa masamang serbisyo.
